ARCHITECT
Urban architect passionate about the design and construction of innovative and functional spaces. With more than 8 years of professional experience in luxury residential, commercial and furniture projects, Ayrton offers a comprehensive vision that combines creativity, technique and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
His career includes key roles in renowned companies, where he led the design, planning and execution of architectural projects, always ensuring compliance with regulations, deadlines and high quality standards. Specialized in transforming ideas into tangible realities, he adapts each project to the specific needs of his clients, using advanced tools to achieve detailed and impactful results.
Ayrton is recognized for his ability to address architectural challenges with innovative solutions that guarantee functionality, aesthetics and excellence.
Mariana Rojas Ramirez
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
A construction engineer with solid training and experience in various aspects of civil engineering, with more than 5 years of professional experience, Mariana specializes in project management, quality control, budgets, appraisals and design of civil works.
Throughout his career, he has played key roles in renowned companies and organizations. His experience ranges from the preparation of detailed plans and budgets for luxury homes to the supervision of pavements in road infrastructure projects, standing out for his attention to detail and management skills.
Mariana is also an Expert, where she carries out specialized appraisals under high technical standards. In addition, she has actively participated in the development of methodologies for the management of construction projects, based on the PMBOK, reflecting her affinity for research and continuous learning.
Mariana combines advanced technical skills with a proactive approach and commitment to excellence, standing out as a versatile and reliable professional in the construction field.
MBA. Alfonso Mora Nuñez
PROJECT COORDINATOR
He is an experienced professional with an outstanding track record in business administration and organizational management, backed by a Master's degree in Business Administration.
With more than 30 years of experience, Alfonso has held strategic roles in large companies, leading administrative, financial and risk management departments. His ability to coordinate processes, manage projects and ensure the fulfillment of objectives has consolidated him as a reference in the implementation of efficient and successful organizational strategies.
He has also shared his vast knowledge as a lecturer and teacher at prestigious universities such as the National University of Costa Rica, the Universidad Latina and the UNNE Universidad Nacional del Nordeste Argentina. For more than 17 years, he has been instrumental in the training of future leaders.
Recognized for his focus on effective leadership, emotional intelligence and conflict management, Alfonso complements these skills with a solid technical background in internal control, auditing and negotiation. His commitment to excellence makes him a multifaceted professional prepared to face the challenges of the contemporary business environment.
Arthur Mitinian T.

Arthur Mitinian T. grew up in Tbilisi, Georgia (USSR), in a military family, so he naturally followed his father’s footsteps to join the USSR Special Operations Forces. He graduated from the prestigious Baku Higher Combined Arms Command School with honors in 1985. His specialty was analyze security and special operations.
He was an active-duty officer of the Defense Forces of the USSR from 1985 – 1993, and he completed his service at the rank of Captain with multiple decorations, including the Order of the Red Star and the Medal “For Courage.”
For the last 30+ years, he traveled extensively throughout the Americas, where he has been a consultant and instructor for many private and government organizations, such as state and private banks, police departments and corporations.
He is based in Costa Rica since 1994, where he is very well connected and is an expert in navigating the business, cultural and legal environment. He also has worked in several countries in Central America, as well as in the USA.
